Please attend and allow yourself the chance to see the background work that goes into running YOUR club.
There will be brief reports from the officers of the club and then we need to appoint all the official posts.
These are Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Postal Officer, Records Officer, Equipment Officer, Membership Secretary and Beginners Coordinator. In accordance with the Club Constitution, all officers will retire each year but are eligible for re-appointment. If you would like to stand for any post, please attend the meeting in person or notify the current Committee in writing prior to the AGM.
