Colquite Estate
On Saturday 2nd October we will be holding our annual End of Season shoot. Assembly will be at 10:15 and we will aim to start shooting straight after so please be there in plenty of time to help set up the field as well as your own equipment.
In the morning we will shoot Warwick rounds to establish everybody’s handicap. After lunch we will shoot National rounds as the official EoS tournament, where the highest score in each category wins. Prizes will also be awarded based on the handicap achieved in the morning to make it a more level competition.
We will be putting targets out to cover the junior Warwick & National rounds so Juniors and newer archers who haven’t yet ventured out as far as 60 yards can shoot the round appropriate to them. Whichever distances you shoot in the morning will be the same ones you shoot in the afternoon to keep the numbers right on the targets.
We will be lighting the BBQ at lunchtime so please bring something to cook and a chair if you have one. Spectators are welcome and there may even be an opportunity for them to have a go through the lunch break.
If you would like to enter to shoot, please click the link below and complete the form. The target list will be published on the day and sooner if I can. This is only open to our club members and you must be up to date with your membership in order to shoot.
Please could the 2019 winners remember to return the trophies to Rob on or before the day, cleaned and polished and ready to be presented again.
